The Loyalty Reward program from Line 204 (“Line 204”, “we” or “us”)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We reserve the right to add to and/or change the Loyalty Reward program (“program”) Terms & Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that we may change the number of points earned for spending, or the number of points required to redeem rewards and/or cancel rewards. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the program with one months prior notice. During the one month notice period, we may change or cancel some or all of the then-current rewards. The customers (“you” or “your”) right to earn points and redeem accumulated points will terminate one month after we give you this notice.
ELIGIBILITY
1. All jobs are eligible for points but if the job has been discounted by more than 45% then we feel like the reward was the discount, at this time no points would be awarded for this particular job. Minimal job orders do not apply to point system.
2. The program is available to all Production Managers and Production Coordinators and each will receive same amount of points per job.
3. An account must be set up and all information current to be eligible to participate in the program.
POINT ACCRUAL
1. There are many ways to build your points up and the more departments you use the more points you can accrue per job.
2. Points are awarded on a per job basis and saved on line for you to view or redeem at any time.

4. Points awarded do not expire; they are non-transferrable and must be used by account holder at time of redemption.
5. We reserve the right to change points scale at any time.
GENERAL REWARDS AND POINT REDEMPTION INFORMATION
1. Redemption of reward must be made by the Basic Account holder. We may refuse a redemption request if any Account is not in good standing.
2. Requests for redemption of a reward must be initiated by visiting www.line204.com or by calling us at 323-960-0113.
3. All rewards are subject to availability. Merchants participating in the program are subject to change. Some rewards have limited availability.
4. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, the points cannot be converted back into your program account.
5. Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, and transferable for cash, credit, other rewards or points under any circumstance.
6. By redeeming rewards, you release Line 204 and its subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of rewards or other participation in the program.
7. Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with program. Line 204 and participating merchants are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates, tickets or Gift Cards.
8. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reward at any time.
PRODUCT REWARDS
1. All rewards are available while quantities last. Product specifications are subject to change without notice and all product orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. We will provide model pictured or the most current comparable model available (we are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors). Items shown were the latest models at the time of printing.
2. Merchandise rewards can only be picked up at Line 204. If you want to have it delivered additional charges may apply. Someone must be at home at time of delivery to sign off on merchandise.
3. Product rewards may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If product rewards are delivered or picked up visibly damaged, please refuse product and call Line 204 at 323-960-0113. Return policy is as follows: products must be in their original packaging and include batteries, cables, remote controls, and any other items accompanying the product. Please note the following exceptions to return policy:
a. TV’s, electronics, major appliances and merchandise items that have been assembled by the customer may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. NO exchanges are accepted after 30 days.
b. TAG Heuer – damaged or defective items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. No exchanges or returns are accepted after 10 days.
CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CARDS
1. Certificates and Gift Cards are valid at participating merchants only through the expiration date printed on front of Certificate or Gift Card, varies by merchant.
2. Acceptance of Certificates or Gift Cards is the sole responsibility of the merchant, not Line 204. No photocopies will be honored.
3. Certificates and Gift Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be returned as cash unless a Certificate or Gift Card states otherwise.
4. Certificates and Gift Cards are transferrable unless otherwise noted.
5. Certificates or Gift Cards do not include any federal, state or local taxes, which are your sole responsibility at time of redemption.
6. If applicable, Certificates or Gift Cards do not include gratuities.
GENERAL
1. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of your account.
2. The program is intended to be a service provided to an individual, not a company.
3. All questions and disputes regarding eligibility for the program, eligibility of points for accrual, conversion of points or redemptions of rewards will be resolved by Line 204 at its sole discretion.
4. We are not responsible for typographical errors and/or photographic errors and/or omissions in this brochure.
5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of California.
